Patsy Harris is grateful for her loyal supporters and hardworking volunteers who make it possible for her to continue her work in providing the best possible service to her customers at the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds.
Patsy recognizes that not only does the register need to possess sound management skills for her staff, but also must manage the documents that affect the title to our land. It is vital that the register of deeds has the expertise required to shield land owners from unforeseen liens, encumbrances and title issues that can detrimentally affect the marketability of their homes and businesses.
Throughout her years spent in the registry, Patsy has formulated and implemented many innovative ideas about how to best use the budgeted funds from the state to protect property owners and all of the associated records. She vows to remain accountable to her supporters, and she hopes to continue to serve the public in the capacity of register of deeds.
